QUALITY AND TRADITION OF OUR PRODUCTS SINCE 1986
``Since I was young, I have always worked, I started in my parents’ dairy business and after in cheese trading.
At the age of 53 I had the crazy idea of manufacturing cooked hams, together with my wife, who has always supported my decisions. In 1986 we started our own company, I Cottinforno.
With many sacrifices, debits and sleepless nights, we continued our project, which slowly has gifted us with many satisfactions.
In 2001 we moved from the old building, which we rented, to the new plant in our town S. Andrea Bagni.
Unfortunately, my wife passed away before we opened the plant and see it finished.
With my heart full of pain and my sleeves rolled up I continued to work together with my daughters to carry forward the dream my wife and I had. In the company today we are: myself, Marianna, her companion, our employees, all people who live nearby.
I have always worked with commitment and passion, and in bad times I have never been discouraged, and today, I work in the company and I try to convey all my values and my experience to my daughter and our employees. ``

The company is specialized in the processing of pork meat and uses traditional production techniques, based on the choice of high quality selected meat and in compliance with the health standards of the European Community.
