Preparazione

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Heat a knob of butter in a non-stick frying pan, cut the bread roll in two by putting it with the inside in contact with the melted butter for 2 minutes.

Remove it from the pan and place it on a cutting board. Take the thick slice of Antonio cooked ham, cut into strips not too thin and mix in a bowl with the soft cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Take a round coppapasta large enough (of the size of the hamburger) and insert the mixture by lightly crushing.

Prendere un coppapasta rotondo abbastanza grande (della misura dell’hamburger) ed inserire il composto schiacciando leggermente.

Once given the shape, remove it from the coppapasta and insert the mixture of cooked ham and soft cheese in the buttered pan, turn it twice to flavor, turn off the heat under the pan and let it rest.

Meanwhile arrange the slices of tomato previously cut on a part of the bread roll, add to the mixture of Antonio cooked ham and soft cheese, insert another slice of tomato and close the bread roll with the top, serve at the table and enjoy your meal.
